Our virtual workshop series provides healthcare professionals the space to practice Patient Priorities Care through discussion and case-based coaching.
The Fall 2026 Telementoring Series is now accepting registrations. The cohort meets over seven, one-hour sessions:

Why should I join this workshop series?
PPC is an Age-Friendly, evidence-based, and feasible clinical practice associated with improved outcomes, including:
- Reduced treatment burden
- Reduced unwanted care
- Increased desired care
These interactive coaching sessions allow time for busy health care professionals to complete the foundational core online trainings, expanding on that content with rich case-based discussions and interactive exercises designed to get you using the PPC approach in your everyday work.
How much time do I need to commit?
The core content of the course will be delivered in seven weekly sessions. Each session is one hour long.
Who can enroll?
Health professionals and educators of all disciplines who want to provide age-friendly clinical care that focuses on What Matters to patients.
Do I get a certification or CEUs?
Yes! Participants can earn six continuing education credits (free!) for live attendance of the full series. The following disciplines are eligible: JA IPCE, ACCME, ACCME-NP, ANCC, NBCC, ACPE, APA, NYSED P, ASWB, NYSED SW, AAPA, APTA, AOTA.
Participants who miss no more than one live, virtual session will receive an “Expert in Patient Priorities Care” certificate. Sessions will be recorded, but live attendance is required to receive certification.

Registrants will be accepted on a rolling basis until the attendance cap is reached. Any overflow is invited to join the next session. Workshops are offered biannually in Fall and Spring.
